Pewter hardware and sparkling tilt add glitz and glamour, which is echoed in the pearly wall and trim colors. Anchoring the room is hard working, earth friendly "Mist" flooring installed diagonally. Eco-sensitive "green" paint in decadent silver on the ceiling is the crowning jewel of this space. Storage amenities such as pull-outs and drawers and functional furniture complete the room magnificently. The elegant Van Loan estate in Bedford, N.H., was transformed into a spectacular designer showhouse. We incorporated the antique family hutch (with a new custom finish) which was previously in the dining room. Thus providing much needed display and storage space while preserving their treasure.
